1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") and 93jili ("93jili," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 93jili online casino platform, including the website located at https://93jili.app and any associated mobile applications, services, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

2.3 One Account Per User

Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or registering accounts on behalf of other individuals is strictly prohibited. 93jili reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void associated wagers, and forfeit any winnings or bonuses obtained through such accounts.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

3.1 Deposits

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the completion of any applicable wagering requirements and verification procedures. The minimum withdrawal amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). Withdrawal requests are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes during business hours, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of your account.

93jili reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing withdrawal requests. This is a standard security measure designed to prevent fraud, money laundering, and unauthorized account access.

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. 93jili reserves the right to reject withdrawal requests that do not comply with this policy.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

93jili is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and to freeze or close accounts involved in potentially illegal activity.

Users are required to wager deposited funds at least once (1x) before requesting a withdrawal. This policy is in place to prevent the Platform from being used as a money transfer service.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

93jili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates.

Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager bonus funds before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager thirty times (30x) the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted.

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, colluding with other players, or employing betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without risk, is strictly prohibited. 93jili reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts involved in bonus abuse.

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses cannot be combined with other promotional offers. Only one active bonus is permitted per account at any given time.

5. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games offered on the 93jili Platform are provided by licensed third-party game developers and are governed by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fairness and randomness. Game outcomes are determined solely by chance and cannot be predicted or manipulated.

93jili does not guarantee any specific outcome or return to player (RTP) percentage for individual gaming sessions. RTP percentages are calculated over millions of game rounds and represent long-term statistical averages, not short-term results.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

93jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any User account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to provide requested verification documents.
• Abusive or disruptive behavior toward other Players or staff.
• Use of the Platform in a manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Upon account termination, any remaining account balance may be forfeited if the termination is due to a breach of these Terms. 93jili will make reasonable efforts to return legitimate funds to Players whose accounts are closed for reasons unrelated to Terms violations.

Players may voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any remaining balance will be returned to the Player after verification.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 93jili Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game content, is the property of 93jili or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. 10. Limitation of Liability

93jili does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

Your use of the Platform is at your own risk. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI).

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against 93jili.
